The Royal Life Saving Society UK are hosting a free workshop on Friday 16th August 2019 12-2pm at the Hengrove Leisure Centre.
'Save a Baby's Life' will cover basic life saving techniques and provide advice on what to do when a baby stops breathing, or how best to deal with a choking situation. Using a life-like baby manikin, people will learn how to perform basic CPR and first aid as they would in a real life situation.

Although the course is free, we ask that all participants make a donations to the RLSS.
