This week is Mental Health Awareness week and today we are going to share the science that highlights the power of a cuddle!
Did you know that when you cuddle someone you care about, your body releases a hormone called oxytocin (the feel good hormone). This calms you and makes you more able to deal with stress.
When you cuddle your child , their bodies begins to work in tune with yours. They will begin to build connections in their brains that will support their ability to control their own emotions one day
