Mirror Play - Spend some time with your child looking in a mirror. Label different emotions for you and your child to practise making in the mirror "Can you make a happy face, angry face, sad face, shocked face etc".
Being able to recognise and label feelings is one of the most valuable skills your child can learn to achieve positive emotional wellbeing.
